If this is your first time climbing here at The Boardroom you will need to complete and sign the relevant AOR (Acknowledgment Of Risk) form.

This can be done upon arrival, or to save time you can fill it out online up to two weeks before your visit.

These acknowledgement of risk forms are for both unsupervised climbing and supervised (instructed sessions) at The Boardroom Climbing Ltd. Pease ensure you choose the correct one.

If you are unsure which form to fill in, or any aspect of the form, you should not fill this in online.

Please come to The Boardroom Climbing Ltd and fill it in where a staff member can answer any questions or clarify any points that maybe unclear. If you have any impairments that can affect your filling in of the form or climbing, please fill in the form within the centre with staff support.
